The Loop user interface is changing in order to make managing your accounts and making payments effortless. Our goal is to create an experience that makes managing money across multiple countries and currencies as seamless as doing local banking.
We've added a brand new Accounts page - allowing you to initiate payments directly from the account you select - enabling money movement with just a few clicks.
With the new design, we have removed the old “Transfer Between Accounts” page and added the following actions to the Accounts page itself:
- Open a Bank Account and get Banking Details
- Click on the Currency Account (USD, EUR, or GBP)
- Click on the Open Account Link
- For the US Bank Account, you will be required the following details:
- Business Formation Date
- CRA Business Number
- International Passport of the Primary Business Owner
- For the EUR/GBP Accounts, you can get your banking details immediately. Read more about our EUR and GBP accounts here.
- Add Funds to Loop from your other Bank Accounts to Loop in 2-clicks
- Click on Add Funds
- Enter the Amount you want to add and the Bank you want like to add money from
- Withdraw to your External Bank Accounts
- Click on Withdraw
- Enter the Amount and Select the Bank where you would like to send the money to
- Convert between your multi-currency accounts
- Click on Convert
- Select the account you want to convert from and the account want to convert to
- Select if you want to Buy or Sell from that Currency
- Enter the amount and complete your conversion instantly!
- Pay Payees all over the world
- Click on Pay Payee
- Select the Payee and Enter the information required to send the payment.
Note: Before you can pay a Payee, you need to add payees and make sure that your MFA is set on your account.
