Looking for a faster way to sync your Card spend into your accounting system at the end of the month? Look no further!
Our QuickBooks & Xero integrations now support auto-categorization of your card transactions by Merchant. With the launch of this feature you will no longer need to worry about duplicate vendors being created or mapping individual transactions.
Next time you want to sync your Loop Card transactions, you will first import your QuickBooks or Xero vendors, and map them to your Loop Merchants. Once complete, your transactions will be automatically coded and reconciled for all future syncs to QuickBooks or Xero.

- One-time mapping of your transactions to a Merchant
- Pick a matching QuickBooks or Xero vendor for each Merchant
- Assign each Merchant a matching tax category and expense account
This allows you to pre-define the expense account and vendor for transactions pushed into QuickBooks or Xero. Your card spend will automatically be assigned to the correct expense account and payment created for the matched vendor.
Here’s how you can get set up!
- Select the new Sync Quickbooks or Xero Vendors button
You will see the Loop Merchants for all your transactions populate the table
- Search and assign your QuickBooks or Xero vendors to Loop merchants
Once you have mapped your Merchants pushing transactions to Quickbooks or Xero will be seamless.
Set up is as simple as that!
Don’t worry! If you have a transaction from a new Merchant or you forgot to map one, you can also do so directly from the Push to Quickbooks or Xero page.
Your Loop-specific transactions such as card repayments will also be automatically mapped to the correct Merchant.
Changes to merchant rules are automatically saved on-the-fly for your future transactions. Set it, forget it and your next push to Quickbooks or Xero will be a breeze!
